Exhaust bellows need to be checked for this small pin hole. Also the housing which usually warps and it’ll never work properly if so. Can cause an exhaust blow up or engine damage. It also handles all the pressure to Rave valves so if it’s running rough most all of your issue can be summed up to this one piece being the culprit. You’d never think something this simple can cause it but it’s a major problem on all the older models

Ethanol fuel at it again. Just replaced all the fuel lines, fuel valve, fuel filter and filter inside the carb. Runs perfect now with no issues. Before it bogged and acted as if the engine had low compression

This fall offering new winterizing options for everyone

Basic winterization
Treating the fuel and flushing the system

Standard winterization
Treating the fuel, flushing the system and having it wrapped with moisture absorber

Enhanced winterization
Treating the fuel, flushing the system, service and tune up along with being wrapped with a moisture absorber

Maximum winterization
Treating the fuel, flushing the system with salt away then another flush for winterization. Basic washing of the machine, service and tune up done along with being wrapped with a moisture absorber

We can also add a detailing done by an outside source to any of these options. If so let us know ahead of time to be put on the books for a specific estimated date

Had near twenty calls today for machines sunken due to forgetting drain plugs. Laws state due to invasive species while towing a boat or watercraft the drain plug has to be removed. Double check they’re tight before putting the watercraft in the water
