Are you ready for the weekend? Miss Fortescue is and so are Captain Jim and Rj. Miss Fortescue will be heading out on an Open Boat 6-hour Delaware Bay fishing trip tomorrow, (Friday 9/5), Saturday (9/6), and Sunday (9/7).
* Miss Fortescue leaves from Dock 13 at the Fortescue State
Marina. in Fortescue, NJ. at 7 AM and returns around 2 PM.
(Please plan to be on board by 6:30 AM).
* Reservations Are Not Needed. (First come first seated).
* Cost per person $65. Adult & Children (Cash please, you pay on the boat)
* Rental rods are available @ $5.
* Bait is provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
* Bring lunch (Higbee's Luncheonette opens @ 6 AM),
* Bring a cooler (for your catch).
* Dress for the weather. (Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat,
insect repellent, etc.)
* Miss Fortescue can accommodate 42 passengers).
* Yes, there are restrooms on board.
* Miss Fortescue has always been family oriented and children who
like to fish are welcome. (Suggested age is 8+ years of age).
**PS: If you or a member of your group has NEVER been on a boat,
we suggest that you research and consider taking a "Motion / Sea
Sickness Medication" prior to boarding the boat. 😎
Bluefish, 🐟 Croakers, Flounder, 🐡 Kingfish, Spot, 🐠 and Weakfish are in the Bay and biting.
