Today, we pause to remember the lives that were taken, the families forever changed, and the brave men and women who ran toward danger when others were running away.

We remember the firefighters, police officers, EMTs, military members, and countless everyday Americans who showed extraordinary courage in the face of unimaginable tragedy.

More than 25 years later, we still remember.

We still honor them.
We still mourn them.
We still carry their memory forward.

May we never forget the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the unity that brought our country together.

A well deserved Shout-Out!

We want to take a moment to recognize someone who has become much more than a frequent customer to us. Aaron Foster has been an incredible supporter of Johnson Motorworks, and we truly cherish the friendship and encouragement he has shown our small family business.

Aaron wrote and published a book called “The Beginning,” sharing his powerful journey from an incredibly difficult place, through many trials and tribulations, to finding God’s love, purpose, and a new beginning.

It takes tremendous courage to share your story, especially the hardest chapters. All in hopes that it may encourage or inspire someone else.

Aaron, we are incredibly proud of you and grateful to have had the opportunity to meet and welcome you in to our Johnson Motorworks family! ❤️🙏📖

As our small business continues to grow, so do we.

Although Jared has a lot experience and produces quality work such as many larger successful shops, when it comes to service and repair, Johnson Motorworks is still a small, family run business and he is only one man. Behind the scenes, we are constantly noting what helps our day run smoothly, what slows us down, and where we need to build better processes.

That means sometimes we have to build, adjust, and even completely rebuild the way we do things.

If something is taking too much time away from the service work, creating unnecessary interruptions, slowing down communication, or contributing to longer turnaround times, we're working on finding solutions to smooth out those kinks.

The new procedures we are putting into place aren't meant to take away from building the relationships with our customers that we value in our hearts. They are actually meant to protect the integrity and quality of service we provide because we truly do care about your machine and YOU.

While do love and appreciate the conversations that you bring, the bond that we build in this community, and seeing the unique machines and ideas you bring to us, we need to be more mindful of that time being spent throughout the day. We don't want them to stop, but we do need to limit things a bit. Every phone call, walk-in conversation, parts question, estimate, update, and interruption to Jared's time wrenching may only take a few minutes to you, but those minutes tend to add up quickly behind the shop doors.

Our goal is to make sure that when your unit is here, your time and your place in line are being respected and prioritized.

So, as we grow, you may see us introduce new procedures, change an old one, or realize something isn't working and adjust from there. That is part of us building JM into a better, more efficient business while still holding onto the small family run shop with integrity and heart that we are today.

We appreciate your patience while we continue learning, improving, and building better systems behind the scenes.

Most importantly, we thank you for trusting us with your machines and supporting us along the way.
