Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining tires on a variety of vehicles, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Responsibilities:
• Inspect and diagnose tire issues, including wear, punctures, and other damage.
• Install tires on various vehicles, including balancing and alignment checks.
• Repair and patch tires as needed.
• Rotate, balance, and replace tires in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining tire-related issues and offering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a tire technician or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of tire installation, repair, and maintenance.
• Ability to operate tire-changing and balancing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to lift heavy tires and work in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license.
