PROGRESSIVE’S COMMON BUSINESS PRACTICES

It's not a good week for Progressive Insurance

The shop advised Progressive vehicle was a total loss. They located another shop that agreed to repair for their $13k estimate and moved the car.

Customer brought it back for a PRI due to swimming pool and fountain feature in the trunk.

Today Progressive paid the customer $20k for ACV.

Insurers... stop blaming good shops for bad decisions by untrained, unsuported and over worked adjusters.
