Well getting the A/C working in the 5500 was no short task. New A/C Compressor, Condenser, & Reciever Drier. & fresh service port valves.

Ac was still not working. Found a broken wire going to the low pressure sensor. Fixed that guy up and got decent cooling but not perfect.

The guages show what the system looks like when the compressor is not turned on. Even pressures that correlate with the ambient temperature outside.

Once the compressor was on our pressures were high indicating that we didnt have a good enough airflow over the condenser. After spraying the condenser with water the pressures dropped tremendously, & vent temps were in the teens.

A new clutch fan & this truck will have rocking A/C for this summer!

Also did a tune up & oil change.

We are now doing alignments! Thanks to the Gyraline G2 Mobile Alignment tool. Replaced a tire on the shop truck due to excessive toe wear.

The steering wheel was also off center. We corrected that aswell.

A beautiful Manual Awd Volvo S40 in the shop today for serpentine belts, tensioners, and servicing all of the fluids. The belt tensioners are common failure points on the Volvo 5 cylinders. Dont push your luck!

2016 Tahoe customer thought was overheating. We were glad to give him the news it was a faulty coolant temperature sensor/ intermittently failing thermostat and not the engine!
