I know that I don't post very often. I'm old school guy that forgets to even carry my phone. Here's a few photos of a project that I like to call flipping the bird. I will Duff with a 1955 shea Thunderbird in a Trade. It was missing a lot of parts. If you wanna know the history of the 55 shea Thunderbird all you have to do is Google shea Thunderbird. Anyway I took some time and I couldn't find all shea parts. The doors in the deck lid were missing there was a basic body chassis and drive train. Come to find out that this was one of the 50 that they never finished. Upon a little more digging I found that the ones were that were never finished the drive trains were
The drive train is a to point 2.3 leaderoverhead Cam Inline Ford motor with a 4 speed transmission all never ran said snite teen 82 NOS and never run. So 1st on the list which firing up a brand new engine from 1981. Put a starter rebuilt the carburetor cut out all the bullship wiring and basically just wired the engine to run. Come to find out the motor is really brand new and runs like a will oiled clock. So I found the interior from an original 57 Thunderbird fitted into the car foundThe car has all the

steel doors and a
A steel trunk Lid. The story is so long as to what he had to do to make steel parts in fiberglass parts Fit To gether. I already have an awesome 57 Thunderbird with a Whole men and Moody Side oiler. So I don't really need this car. Anyway I'm gonna get rid of this car in order to Finish the 57 that I
So I dug up the best of all the parts that I could find put this car It could be so many things. Also of course the front end is A Mustang to.Put all the parts together. To actually have a pretty close to being finished Car . That being said Here are some photos of what it wound up like. And like I said it's Flipping the bird... Don't worry about titling And registering this car Because they just passed a law in Tennessee that allows you to title a kit car by the body which means this is a imitation 55 Thunderbird it will be titled as a 55 Thunderbird. Real easy to do anyway here it is
