🔧𝗔𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝘀—from older, proven setups to current model trucks.

Lately, we’ve been seeing more fuel system concerns on the 6.7 Powerstroke—specifically around the 𝗖𝗣𝟰 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗲𝗹 𝗽𝘂𝗺𝗽.

The reality is, when a CP4 fails, it doesn’t just stop working. It can send metal through the entire fuel system—injectors, rails, lines, and tank—turning what should be a single-component failure into a full system teardown and repair.

And unfortunately, these failures don’t always come with warning signs or high mileage. We’ve seen them happen on well-maintained trucks simply due to how sensitive the system is to fuel quality and lubrication.

That’s why we also offer CP3 conversion options along with disaster prevention kits—designed to help protect the fuel system and reduce the risk of a catastrophic failure.
