We wanted to provide an important update regarding our current closure.

We have successfully paused all active Unlimited Wash Club memberships. While the wash remains closed, members will not be billed during this time.

We understand the inconvenience this situation has caused and sincerely apologize for the disruption. Our team is continuing to work through the challenges that led to the closure and evaluate the best path forward. We greatly appreciate everyone's patience, understanding, and support throughout this process. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

Good morning, members.

We just want to be fully transparent with everyone regarding our current closure.

The closure is directly related to the wash quality concerns many customers experienced. These concerns included vehicles not being cleaned to the standard our customers expect, as well as film, soap, and residue being left on vehicles after they exited the wash.

After a significant incident over the weekend, it became clear that we needed to pause operations and focus on addressing the issue properly rather than continue operating with results that weren't meeting expectations.

While we initially hoped for a quicker resolution, the issue has proven to be more involved than anticipated. We are actively working toward a long-term solution and are coordinating with outside vendors and service providers as part of that process.

We understand the concerns that have been raised by our Unlimited Wash Club members, especially those who recently renewed their memberships. Please know that we have heard those concerns and are actively discussing available options as we work through this situation.

We appreciate everyone's patience, feedback, and continued support. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

We've heard your feedback, and we're taking action. In order to address recent quality concerns and make necessary improvements, we will be temporarily closed from today through Monday.
