As our physical showroom must remain close. However, there is a way to purchase a vehicle from Krause.

Krause Toyota is now open for online vehicle sales. You can pick up your New or Pre-Owned vehicle in-store or we’ll deliver it to you.

Below is a partial process of how an on-line sale must work in order to abide by the Governor's and CDC guidelines:

* Complete the buying process online or over the phone (Vehicle sale price and/if trade value are agreed upon)
* Financing options must be made and approved on-line
* Appraise your trade online and bring it in for a multi-point inspection and then we will sanitize the vehicle
* Sign your electronic documents from home for your new vehicle
* Schedule in-store pickup or we can deliver your new vehicle (Only One Sales delivery in the building at any given time)

To inform our Customers: Krause Toyota is actively cleaning our facility with multiple rounds of daily disinfecting of common areas. Associates are instructed to wash hands with soap between entering/working on customers vehicles.

We are open for our customers (Service/Parts Regular Schedule)(Sales/Finance close 6PM) and if alternate arrangements are required for your care let us know. (You can leave car and place keys in overnight dropbox and we can make payment arrangements by phone).

Excellent service today, if I was going to be the least bit critical it did take an hour and a half to change my oil and perform the 20,000 check-up. That did seem a bit long as I had an appointment. No problem as the lounge allowed me to continue working while i waited..
Was traveling from Macungie to Claussville when the check tire light went on. I was near to your dealership. I drove in & the gentleman who greeted me took me to the service counter. The young man there took my car & checked the tires & send me on my way. I'm a handicapped 85 year old lady. I am grateful to these men for their kindness to me.
I went here about 3 weeks ago for a car I saw online. It was a 2009 Chevy Aveo. When I got there mark helped me out. He was absolutely amazing. Mark was very friendly with my daughter and genuinely concerned that I get into a safe reliable vehicle. The inside of the car was in great condition as well as the outside. Mark made sure I got the car and was ready to go. 3 days into driving my new car I started noticing some problems. When I would accelerate from a stop the rpm would go up but the speed would not. It sounded as if it was stalling but it would soon jerk forward. I called and made an appointment with Toyota. I had the warranty so it covered the appointment. I dropped the car off and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. They said they drove the car 3 times and a total of 12 miles. As soon as I picked the car up and left the lot it began doing it again. At this point I was super frustrated. I have a 2 year old daughter and almost was her a few times due to this issue and not being able to accelerate fast enough especially while turning. My father brought the car back because I work the hours that they are opened and showed them videos of the car doing the problem. The people at the dealership questioned my warranty and said because I didn’t have the extended warranty (that they didn’t offer) they couldn’t look at it. The people from the shop came in and said everything was good and fixed the problem. Or so I thought. They replaced my thermostat and cleaned out a filter and replaced it that they said a mouse made a nest in and was causing the issue. It was Friday when I picked up the car. Yet again as soon as I drive off the problems began reoccurring. It was so bad I had to pull over because I couldn’t go over 20 on 222 without the car jerking. I pulled to the side of the road and turned off the car. Once I turned it back on it was working fine. That lasted until Friday night where it felt like I was really pushing for the car to go. The check engine lift came on Saturday and now today I get a call from my fiancé saying that the dealership is asking for the car back. They did say I would get a complete refund. I went to get the refund. I paid in a cashiers check. They refunded me in a check that now has to be deposited into my bank account in order to be used. I am beyond upset with this entire situation. Now I am to be without a car until this check clears so I can get a new one.
Gotta love an honest car dealership. Took my truck in for some warranty work, and asked them to check something else that I thought was bad. Instead of going along with my thought of it being bad, they were honest, and told me it was fine. They could have done the work and charged me, but instead, it was just the warrantee work, and that's it. A big THANK YOU to Krause Toyota, the oldest Toyota dealer in the USA.
I've driven Ford F150's for 41 years. My current 2002 Ford had 252,000 miles and was rusted and it was time to replace it. I did my homework and knew I wanted a Tundra that was 2-3 years old. For 1 month I searched 4 other Toyota Dealerships within 100 miles of my Lancaster home. A 5th source was Carmax of Lancaster. Krause was my final visit from an advertisement that you had on Cars.com. I want to again let you know that everyone that I interacted with helped make this sale. Theresa, Finance, The used car manager, The Recondition Associate, The Service Person that answered my questions, the lady that welcomed me into the Dealership AND the fellow (A Krause family member?) that I saw sweeping the parking lot. Professional, honest, upfront, shared things about the vehicle that you didn't have to, no pressure, etc. It was a fun experience and when I left after spending $36,000 I felt good about it. Your Staff and Associates need to know that from 1 person's perspective you tower over your Toyota Competition and Carmax. The only thing I am dissatisfied with is that you are located 1.5 hours away from me. The icing on the cake to this deal was when I picked the vehicle up Saturday morning and the Recon Associate who detailed the Tundra went above and beyond and made 2 small scratches on the tailgate disappear with his handy work. He didn't have to do that, I had already bought the truck with those 2 small scratches! There are other examples of how your staff went above and beyond as well! I will recommend you and will one day buy another vehicle from you. God bless Krause Toyota.
