Sometimes things happen that are simply out of your control.
This customer had their motorhome windshield replaced at the manufacturer. Unfortunately, on the drive home, another rock struck the new windshield. Instead of returning to the manufacturer, they asked around for a company that specializes in RV windshields and were referred to Xtreme Glass.
We received the job and in less than 8 business days, had their new windshield installed.
During the removal process, we discovered that the previous installation from the manufacturer wasn’t done correctly. We documented everything with photos because it’s a reminder that even manufacturers don’t always get it right. Unfortunately, we see improper windshield installations more often than most people would expect.
