Sooo after an hour and a half meeting with James Erwin at Great American RV in Breaux Bridge explaining why I was disappointed and unsatisfied with his service department. The RV was left once again with his department. Approximately 4 weeks later, we picked it up being told all of the issues had been addressed. We will have it out for Mardi Gras next. So we shall see...

The largest single purchase I have ever made is this RV in Breaux Bridge LA at Great American RV. We purchased it approximately 2 years ago and have had nothing but subpar service since. It is increasingly frustrating and incredibly disappointing that the sales department is on their A game but once they have gotten their money the service department could not care less.
