This impala was at another local repair facility for over 3 months with numerous items thrown at it to try and remedy the customers concern 🙁

Within a few hours of the vehicle 🚗 arriving at our facility we advised the customer of correct ✅ route of repair to remedy their ongoing issue .

This student was told by an auto parts store the vehicle “probably “ needed numerous big item components to fix his concern 🙁

However after performing a proper diagnosis of the vehicle 🚗 we found no further needed repairs necessary other than the battery 🔋 that was already installed by the parts vendor .

This is one ☝️ of the many reasons a proper diagnosis is crucial.

Replaced a defective wheel bearing while the vehicle was here and was able to give the parents peace ☮️ of mind that their child is safe to drive wherever need be .
