Dear Lynde Motorsports Friends,
Our beloved shop at 79 Flat Street has officially sold. As of February 1, 2021, 79 Flat Street has passed on to new owners.
Thanks to everyone in the community throughout the many years
who made Lynde Motorsports and 79 Flat Street such a special place. Stanley's warm welcome, kindness and generosity was embraced and matched by our community.

Dear Friends,
The time has come for us to part with 79 Flat Street. On one level, the decision was always going to be difficult and heart-rending to let go of the key place that was such a big part of Stanley’s daily existence. With a heavy heart, we let go of our physical connection to the tangible place Stanley filled with boundlessly exuberant life, energy and hospitality. But, on another level, the vacant and lifeless building has been just as painful to behold. It is time for the building to come alive once again with a newcomer’s dream. We welcome and look forward to seeing new life at 79 Flat(head) Street.
I wish to thank the Lynde family, friends and the entire Lynde Motorsports community for the incredible support and kindness since the accident and Stanley’s death.

John Lynde wrote:
An update on a benefit ride for Stanley Lynde.
Time ran out to include an organized benefit ride to support scholarships in Stan's name on Sept 15. Planning will continue in order to make a ride in his name an annual event. We encourage all to ride safe and in his name independently on the 15th and we can all gather on Flat Street for music and memories at the end of the day as he so loved to do.
Buckets will be available for donations at Flat Street in lieu of an organized ride for those interested.
