A while back we delivered a Ford F-350 to Aldie Volunteer Fire Department. This truck features a custom body, powder coated to match the cab, Amdor compartment doors, coffin compartment, and open storage for long handle tools. The CET Fire Pumps, Mfg. skid unit carries 200 gallons of water, 8 gallons of foam, the unit also features stainless steel piping, and a Hannay reel with 200’ of hose. We installed two whip lines, one on either side of the cab.

The warning light package is SoundOff Signal bluePrint system, 200 watt siren, nFORCE interior light bar, mPOWER exterior lights, and SL runners under the cab doors. Scene lighting is taken care of by HiViz LED Lighting’s Guardian Juniors. Compartment lighting and ground lighting are from TecNiq Inc.

We installed a 3” BDS suspension lift with Fox shocks, dual steering stabilizer, we just added KMC wheels and 35” Toyo Open County M/T’s when it came back for its 300 mile re-torque of the suspension components. It has a Hammerhead Armor bumper with a Warn Zeon 12k winch with synthetic rope.

We installed the graphics, performed equipment mounting and finished the compartments off with compartment tile.

This was a very fun build, and shows what you can accomplish on a smaller chassis without overloading it.
