We had a great weekend with friends and family. Was glad to see some of our Springfield friends down in our neck of the woods.

Friday night started p7 in heat one finished p4. Tighten the car up a little for feature. Started p10 got up to p7 after a caution drove in little hard almost spun the car in front of me and looped it finished p15.

Saturday night started p2 in heat one finished p2. For the feature started p4 and finished p6.

Started off p6 in heat one got up to the 3rd-4th spot had a guy trying to push it 4 wide and shoved me into the bottom of the track and broke me. So finished p7. Started the feature p19 wheeled it to p6.

Well momma was out of town so the boy and I decided to fill the weekend with racing with friends and family. Friday night I started 5th and finished 4th for the heat race. Made a few changes went 11th to 7th. Track was new to me but we had fun. Saturday we were back in Springfield started 5th in the heat wheeled it to 2nd. Started 9th in the feature and put it in 3rd for a podium finish. We had a blast but definitely ready for momma to be back.

Started p3 in heat 2 and right of the rip went to p1. Lead every lap never looked back. With a few minor changes started p6 in the feature after a few lap went to the top and took it to p2. Car was awesome gave up the win by change lanes late in the race couldn’t recover from it finished p2.

Started 4th in heat two made it to the front never looked back and won. Started 2nd in the feature took the lead early on and never looked back and won it. Ended up dq’d because of my shock. Nothing about my shock gave my car the edge to perform better. Nothing could be done to my shock that couldn’t had been done to the next guys. It boiled down to my shock was easier to take apart and any one could take it apart not just the manufacturer. Apparently we can only run shocks that can be taken apart by manufacturers. However it’s not stated in the rules that we can’t run shocks that just anyone can take apart. It’s a grey area and grey areas don’t always win.

5-15-26 Legit Speedway

Started 1st in heat one end up 3rd with some really good drivers in the heat with us. Tighten the car up for the feature. Went 8th to 4th as we waited for drivers to make mistakes and capitalized on them.

Tough luck last night. Started 6th in heat had it up to 2nd before getting to hungry and cost my self ended up last. Car was a tick tight made changes for feature started 21st finished 18th after pulling off due to right front brake caliper being stuck closed making it hard to drive. Pulled off and rotor was smoking from how hot it was. Gonna fix the issues and be back at it.
