FAQ
☆ Do I need a water hook up to get a detail? No! It is highly recommended but optional! We have methods to get your vehicle clean without hose and pressure washer but it greatly reduces time and enhances cleaning method!
☆ Do I need electrical hook up? Yes, some services do not require us to use a pressure washer or vacuum but if need be we will need access until we grow into owning a generator!
☆ Is it extra if my vehicle is really really gross and dirty? No! The only time it may be extra is if it requires excess tools, materials, and hard work into the cleaning issue, but we will let you know in advance of any extra charges before service is done!
☆ Do I need to remove any personal items from the vehicle before a detail? Yes, we recommend you remove any coins, jewelry, car seats, and papers before the detail as to not ruin, damage, or lose anything important. If car seat is a factor we will clean it inside vehicle or outside once dealt with. If not removed, depending on preference, we will clean if asked or not if told not to.
