4 tires for this little Yamaha badger in perfect shape ,oil change ,wheel bearings and brakes for the 800 Teryx ,new carb and shifter shaft seal for raptor 80 but did have to order a thrust bearing .then finished it off with pulling a 800 Rzr engine that I sold .who needs tools just cut the back off 😂

Two days and nothing accomplished.ordered the wrong steering rack for the Rzr 1000 .my fault on that one .did get all the a-arm bushings changed . Put a fuel pump in the 420 rancher and it was no good even though it was new .ordered an oem honda. Two steps forward and three back but thankful for another day .

Well I had to lick the calf over as they say today on that Yamaha .road it 10 miles yesterday with no issues .tried to start it this morning and it would run and quit and flash code 30 .thats for the tip over sensor like it was doing before .tore into it deep and believe it or not .p**s ants had built a nest and chewed into 3 wires .i had a video before i vacuumed them out but i cant post pics and videos at the same time .ive never seen that before but today was a first .

Between the heat and these stupid mosquitos I got a couple looked at .700 grizzly with electrical issues .customer state...

Between the heat and these stupid mosquitos I got a couple looked at .700 grizzly with electrical issues .customer stated that another guy had it for 6 months and couldn’t figure it out .well it’s running and me and the grandson put 10 miles on it this evening .had another 420 rancher but this one needed a fuel pump .

A customer dropped off a machine today and asked me how I got started in this .it got me thinking and so I’d like to share it with y’all .growing up we was never allowed any atvs or motorcycles because my dad had a wreck on a street bike when he was younger so he said no .i begged and begged for one so he gave me a riding lawnmower that he took the deck off of and a garden cart .i was thankful but really wanted a 4wheeler .well about 22-23 years ago my buddy Connie jewell had a machine in his shop that he had sold and the motor went down .i convinced him to let me part it out on eBay which he first replied what’s eBay 😂.i had been watching since it was relatively new .he agreed and the rest is history .i was never allowed to have one but ive had thousands since then .it was always a side hustle for me that went along with our family business.in 2017 I went to strip mining because I was super broke .in 2020 I was laid off and I built my shop and now this is what I do full time .my wife gave me her savings so I could buy the first few machines to part out .she was also the reason I have a garage now .she may be mean but she is an angel .today the lady asked me who taught me to work on motors and I replied Johnny Roberts was the man that started me in mechanics .i was a carpenter before and never thought I’d be a mechanic.i know most won’t care but today when she asked me and then I looked around and I took a minute.thank ya lord for this opportunity and I wish my dad could see it now .im not getting rich but im happy .
