The initial windshield installation company's egregious lack of professionalism and technical expertise led to a subpar installation, which they subsequently refused to correct. The windshield's poor condition was evident from the outset, generating excessive wind noise and allowing water to enter the vehicle during the first rainfall. This level of incompetence jeopardizes the safety of the vehicle's occupants. The company's decision to abandon their customer has resulted in the individual facing the financial burden of paying for the repair twice.

This is a scenario we always aim to prevent when replacing a windshield for a customer. However, the company that previously replaced this windshield did not meet expectations, skipping essential steps and failing to exercise care when removing the old windshield. As a result, rust is forming, which will ultimately cause the adhesive that holds the windshield in place to fail, leading to water leaks or more severe issues. Moreover, the windshield's structural integrity may be compromised in the event of a head-on collision or rollover, potentially leading to serious injuries or loss of life.
