Just to let my current customers know i will be away for at least the next week or so. just so everyone sees whats going on with electronics prices the cost of MAP sensors has almost doubled since last year. in 2021 a motorola MAP sensor from mouser.com costs 13.70 a sensor. as of today that same identical sensor costs 23.90. We are trying our hardest to keep the M2.3.2 ECU upgrades affordable but these price hikes are making it extremely difficult for us to do that.

M2.3.2 decel pop and bang. This only happens for 2.5 seconds maximum where fuel is left on and ignition timing is re****ed to give this effect. some cars it has been tested on will randomly bellow a 4ft fireball out of the exhaust!

there was issues with timing swinging back and fourth between positive and negative too slow for the vehicle to drive smoothly but after a pile of reverse engineering of the ignition timing code we cracked it so that timing swings are instant now and this functions like it should.

A few pictures of the 1983 UR quattro that we converted to run on 3B 200 20V turbo motronic for UR2 Classics from New York. Yes it still runs on its original 2.1L 10V turbo engine but we replaced the most problematic part of the car (the CIS fuel system) with the motronic controlling the fueling and ignition now for a far more reliable and powerful car than it could have ever been before! This quattro uses the motronics ECU controlled boost system, it peaks around 20PSI and bleeds down to 16-17PSI my 6500RPM. before the CIS could only fuel for around 14-15PSI maximum. Its a true blast to drive!

Engine has been removed from the 200 20VT donor car and checked over. Decided to start cleaning and powder coating some of the parts for the engine to dress/clean it up. All powders we use come from prismatic powders. Intake manifold and turbo compressor housing are done in alloy silver, valve cover is a ferrari red wrinkle finish. Trying to decide if i want the fuel rail in silver or black now.

We have added an RS2 turbo manifold to this as well to give it little more power over the original manifold and give it room to grow for more power later.

Been very busy working on 2 UR quattro projects for our good friends at UR2 Classics in New York. Silver quattro is getting its CIS fuel system replaced. the 10V turbo engine will be upgraded to run on 3B Motronic ECU with custom mapping including speed density conversion. Red quattro will be receiving a full 3B 20VT engine swap! This car is rather heavily modified less the engine itself so we are updating the engine bay to match the rest of the car. More will come on these projects as time goes!

Added a new update to our AAN chipset lineup! We are proud to announce that we have developed a new chipset based on the garrett GT/GTX3071 and GT/GTX3076! This chipset is a direct descendent of the K24-7400 software so people out there running on that from us can now easily upgrade to the GT/GTX platform without having to make any expensive changes to the fuel system.

We are proud to announce that we now have 3 new software versions available for people running K24-7200 turbochargers! These chipsets are speed density meaning they do not require a MAF and come standard with all the bells and whistles that all other chipsets have like launch control, flat shift, high speed data logging, CEL shift light, and much more. Specifications/requirements for these chipsets are listed below.

1.(AAN) RS2 K24-7200 turbocharger, genuine or rep RS2 turbo manifold, 378cc/36lb injectors with 4BAR fuel pressure regulator, Bosch 044 fuel pump and Motorola MPXH6400 4BAR MAP sensor.

2.(AAN) RS2 K24-7200 turbocharger, genuine or rep RS2 turbo manifold, 378cc/36lb injectors with 4BAR fuel pressure regulator, Bosch 044 fuel pump and OEM Bosch 300kpa/3BAR MAP sensor.

3.(AAN) RS2 K24-7200 turbocharger, genuine or rep RS2 turbo manifold, 630cc injectors with 3BAR fuel pressure regulator, Bosch 044 fuel pump and Motorola MPXH6400 4BAR MAP sensor.

All chipsets have been tested very extensively and work flawlessly in any driving conditions including the daily commuter to the track attack car. Peak boost is 25-26psi tapering off to 20-21psi by 7500RPM.
