Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Automotive Service Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our shop, serving as the vital link between our customers and our service technicians. You will greet clients, listen to their vehicle concerns, translate those concerns into clear work orders, and explain repair recommendations with transparency and professionalism.Core Responsibilities:Greet customers warmly and initiate the vehicle check-in and intake process.Actively listen to customer descriptions of vehicle symptoms and accurately document them on repair orders.Act as the primary liaison between customers and automotive technicians to update clients on vehicle repair status.Translate complex mechanical diagnostics and technical jargon into clear, easy-to-understand explanations for customers.Build accurate cost estimates for parts and labor and present options transparently to secure customer approval.Manage shop workflow, prioritize incoming jobs, and schedule future service appointments to maximize efficiency.Process customer payments, handle final paperwork, and maintain highly accurate service records.Maintain a high Customer Service Index (CSI) by resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally.Required Qualifications & Skills:Minimum of [X] years of experience as an automotive service writer, advisor, or service writer assistant.Strong knowledge of automotive components, systems, and routine maintenance requirements.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on hospitality and customer service.Excellent multitasking capabilities to manage a fast-paced front counter and phone lines simultaneously.High school diploma or GED equivalent (Automotive trade school or college degree is a plus).Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Job Summary
We need a skilled and reliable Automotive Mechanic to join our team. You will inspect, diagnose, and repair cars and trucks. Your job is to keep our customers safe on the road by doing quality work on time.
Key ResponsibilitiesInspect vehicle systems, including engines, brakes, steering, and transmissions.Run diagnostic tests using modern computer equipment.
Perform routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, and tire repairs, tune-ups.Repair or replace worn and broken parts. Alingments, suspension repairs.
Explain mechanical issues and repair options clearly to service advisors or customers.Keep a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications and SkillsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Certification from an automotive trade school (ASE certification is a big plus).Proven experience working as a mechanic.Strong knowledge of vehicle parts and diagnostic tools.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.Own set of standard tools is required.

THEY BREAK IT, WE FIX IT.This customer had valve cover gasket done prior at another shop ,But instead of replacing what they broke they tried to seal it up. COME ON GUYS let's fix cars correctly .and get OUR customers back on the road safe and sound .WE all have to same goal FIX IT and DO IT HONESTLY.
