This week, we’re getting to know Matt, one of the talented technicians at one of our general repair sister shops, Elite Auto & Tire 43rd Ave West ! 🚗

Originally from Michigan, Matt has been part of the Elite team for about seven months — but he’s no newcomer to the automotive industry. His experience and knowledge make him a great addition to our team!

A few fun facts about Matt:
🚘 His dream car is a 1964 Chevy Malibu four-door
🌊 When he’s not at work, you can usually find him at the beach or enjoying one of Florida’s springs

We’re so glad to have Matt on the team! Thanks for all you do, Matt! 👏🔧

⭐ TEAM MEMBER TUESDAY: RICH ⭐

Meet Rich, our estimator at Elite Motor Works of Lakewood Ranch! Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Rich has been part of the team for about five years and brings plenty of experience and a genuine passion for cars to the shop.

When he’s not helping customers get their vehicles back on the road, you’ll probably find Rich behind the wheel with some good music playing. His dream car? A 1967 Shelby GT500—a pretty fitting choice for someone who loves to drive! 🏁

Outside of the shop, Rich enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, which is where he says he’d rather be when he’s not talking cars. 😉

🔧 Behind the scenes at Elite Motor Works of Lakewood Ranch!

This 2001 Audi TT came to us for diagnostics related to an issue with the dash. While the customer decided to hold off on the recommended dash rebuild, our comprehensive inspection uncovered several other items that needed attention.

We completed:

✔️ Brake booster & brake light switch replacement
✔️ Brake fluid service
✔️ Valve cover gaskets to address an active oil leak
✔️ Front shocks due to failure
✔️ Cabin air filter replacement
✔️ Yaw rate sensor replacement

The customer was thrilled with the repairs and happy to have their TT back on the road! 🙌

At Elite Motor Works, we’re proud to help keep older European vehicles running safely and reliably — because just because a car is a little older doesn’t mean it’s ready to be retired. 😉🔧

This 2007 BMW 335i originally came in for a turn signal issue. After confirming the bulbs needed to be replaced, our team completed a comprehensive inspection and uncovered a few additional items that needed attention.

The customer decided to get everything taken care of and bring their BMW back up to scratch! 👏

✔️ Engine oil pan replacement for a significant oil leak
✔️ Motor mounts — failed and collapsed

The best part? We finished the repairs ahead of schedule, the customer was thrilled to have their BMW back, and they even left us a great review! ⭐️

That’s what we love to see. 🚘🔧
