Customer reached out to us having issues removing a oil drain plug as it was severely stripped. Due to the drain plug being a torx there is practically nothing to grab onto. Fortunately the damaged drain plug was extracted successfully and replaced it with a new plug and washer.

Finished off the oil change and now this customer shouldn't have issues draining their oil in the future. Thank you for business!

Customer experienced discomfort and felt the rear of their vehicle was "bottoming out" even over the smallest bump.

The culprit? The rear shock absorbers. Internal seals were damaged and compromised failing to absorb impact and putting stress on the springs.

Installed a fresh set and now this customer won't have a sore t**h everytime they drive!
