Dear Guests & Racers,
2023 has presented unique challenges for many of us. It is with a heavy heart that we write this message, but we believe it is the responsible course of action for our racers, sponsors, and guests.
Regrettably, due to an insufficient number of registered cars for the upcoming February 2024 DCT World Cup, we have no choice but to cancel the event. We held out hope that we would gather enough participants to create a memorable event, but we cannot risk your time and financial investment by waiting any longer to make this decision.
We want to assure all sponsors and racers who have made payments that you will receive full refunds in the coming days. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. The decision to cancel was not taken lightly, and it does come at a significant financial cost to us. However, our top priority is to protect our racers and sponsors from potential future financial burdens.
This is not farewell, but rather a moment for growth and improvement. We view this as an opportunity to reevaluate our event and make it more accessible and enjoyable for all racers, sponsors, and guests in 2025.
At this time, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all the sponsors who have supported us over the past seven years. We have already talked to some of you personally, but it's essential that we acknowledge your contributions to the countless outstanding memories we've created together and the exciting ones yet to come.
