🌴 The transformation is looking beautiful at Hawaiian Village! 🌴

A few weeks ago, we shared that new Foxtail Palms were arriving — and now we’re excited to show you the results!

Nearly 200 beautiful Foxtail Palms have been planted throughout the community, creating an even more lush, tropical feel. The pool area especially has a whole new look, surrounded by palms that make it feel like a true Florida retreat. 🌴☀️

We’re also putting the finishing touches on the new landscaping around our pond, adding even more beauty to one of Hawaiian Village’s most peaceful spots.

🌴We're excited to share that 150 Foxtail Palm trees, each standing approximately 10–15 feet tall, have arrived at Hawaiian Village!

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our community, these beautiful palms will be planted throughout the property over the coming days, adding to the tropical beauty of Hawaiian Village and creating an even more welcoming place to call home.

This beautification project is another example of our continued investment in the community and our dedication to making Hawaiian Village a place residents are proud to call home.

Happy 4th of July, Hawaiian Village! 🇺🇸✨

Today, as we celebrate America’s landmark 250th Independence Day, our community is looking more festive than ever!

We just had to share this incredible display by one of our amazing residents. Talk about ultimate neighborhood pride! Thank you for helping us ring in the 4th of July in true, patriotic style. ❤️🤍💙

We had the absolute best time at our Ladies’ Breakfast this past Wednesday morning!

Take a look at all these wonderful smiles! It was a beautiful morning filled with delicious food, countless laughs, and the best company. We are so incredibly grateful for the amazing women who make our neighborhood feel so much like family. Thank you to everyone who joined us and brought so much joy to the table! 🥞☕️💬

🇺🇸 Red, White, Blue & Fried Chicken Too! 🍗
Our Hawaiian Village family certainly knows how to celebrate! Today, our community came together for a wonderful luncheon and kicked of the celebration for America’s 250th birthday, and the turnout was absolutely incredible.

From the beautiful sea of red, white, and blue outfits to the smiles filling the room, the patriotic spirit was truly shining. We enjoyed a delicious fried chicken lunch, shared wonderful conversations with friends, and topped it all off with a gorgeous, custom patriotic cake that tasted just as amazing as it looked!

A very special thank you to Bel-Aire Management for generously sponsoring today's event and making this gathering possible. And a massive thank you to all of our residents who joined in and brought such great energy. We truly have the best neighbors in Florida! ☀️✨

Cruising through the neighborhood! 🚲 One of the favorite pastimes here is catching the breeze on a bike ride before heading over to a community potluck.

One of the perks of our Bradenton location is the easy access to coastal adventures. You can spend the morning cycling through our quiet streets and the afternoon exploring the boutique shops and sunset views at Anna Maria Island. 🌊
