Outstanding Experience Building Our New Manufactured Home with Citrus Homes / Meadowood Homes – Bradenton, Florida
We, Gisela and Franz Schoenhofer, purchased a lot in Oakwood Manor, Florida, in November 2025 and decided to demolish the existing old manufactured home and build a brand-new one. We carefully researched many different options, manufacturers, and home providers before making our final decision.

Living in Germany made it especially important for us to work with someone reliable, responsive, and fully trustworthy from a distance. Shane exceeded these expectations throughout the entire project. He consistently communicated with us across time zones and coordinated seamlessly with the home manufacturer, the management of Oakwood Manor, and all contractors involved in the demolition and installation process.
