Attention Snowbirds — Safe Travels Season is Here!

As the warmer months approach and many of you begin heading back north, we want to make sure your departure goes smoothly! Before you hit the road, please remember to stop by the office to:

✅ Provide a local contact who will be checking on your home while you're away.
✅ Update your mailing address to your northern address so you don't miss any important community correspondence.

Our team wants to make sure your home is well looked after and that you stay connected with everything happening in the community — even from afar!

We'll miss you and look forward to welcoming you back in the fall. Safe travels!

ATTENTION RESIDENTS: Due to the possibility of a storm surge of 5-8 feet, MANDATORY LEVEL A and MOBILE/MANUFACTURED HOMES evacuations are underway. Evacuations are recommended for Level B. Move inland from coastal and low-lying areas. Two shelters are open: Lee Middle School (4000 53rd Ave. W., Bradenton) and Buffalo Creek Middle School (7320 69th St. E., Palmetto). Thankfully, our community has escaped the worst of the storm. Please check with local authorities regarding when it will be safe to return to the community, as roads may be flooded and powerlines may be down. At this time, evacuation orders are still in effect.
