The chassis has officially been set on the City of Camden's Monterra, bringing this purpose-built platform one step closer to serving its community.

Built on Acela's proven Monterra platform, this truck is designed for the situations where access becomes a challenge. With up to 50 inches of water fording, 22 inches of ground clearance, seating for up to 25 passengers, and the reliability that comes from our Certified Reset Program, it's built to help crews keep moving when conditions are at their worst.

It's always exciting to watch a build start coming together once the chassis and body become one.

We'll be sharing more progress as this Monterra continues to take shape.

Some platforms leave a legacy in the places they reach. Others leave one in the standard they set.

The first-generation Monterra became known for its ability to go farther—through deep water, rough terrain, and the environments that demand real capability.

But more importantly, it helped define the way we approach every build: with purpose, durability, and a commitment to building platforms ready for what comes next.

The road doesn't always take you where the job needs to go.

That's where the Breacher comes in.

Built with true 4×4 capability, up to 3,000 lbs of payload, and the maneuverability to navigate terrain that larger trucks would rather avoid, the Breacher is designed for work beyond the pavement.

Moab was a pretty good reminder of why compact capability matters 💪

Leveling up looks a little different around here😎

The Acela Dispatcher 4x4 takes a proven platform and pushes it further—with upgraded components, real 4×4 capability, compact maneuverability, and up to 3,000 lbs of payload.

Built to handle more than the average trail ride.

Not every fire engine is built for roads like this.

The next generation Monterra was engineered for the places where access is limited, terrain gets rough, and the mission still has to move forward.

With available 4×4 and 6×6 configurations, up to 25,000 lbs of payload, commercial-grade serviceability, and the capability to support fire, rescue, utility, and vocational operations, it's designed to tackle challenges that stop conventional trucks in their tracks.

So here's the question:

Where would you put the Monterra to work? 👇

Some trucks just look right together.

Before heading home to the City of Odessa, Texas, these two Monterra High Water/Flood Rescue Trucks had a chance to line up side by side at our facility.

Built to help crews reach communities when roads disappear, both units feature up to 50 inches of water fording, 22 inches of ground clearance, and the ability to transport personnel and equipment through conditions that stop conventional vehicles in their tracks.

They're capable, adaptable, and built for the moments when access matters most.

Now that they're in Odessa and ready to serve, we have to ask:

Which truck would you rather have in your fleet—the one on the left or the one on the right? 👇😎

Some platforms leave a legacy long before they leave production.

The original Monterra earned its reputation by taking owners beyond the map—across remote trails, through unforgiving terrain, and into places few vehicles were built to reach.

What began as a mission-focused platform became the foundation for countless adventures, proving that capability, reliability, and thoughtful engineering never go out of style.

This is one of the trucks that helped tell the Monterra story. And it's a story we're proud of.

When the job takes crews beyond the pavement, capability matters.

The Breacher, formerly known as the Dispatcher, was built for utility, infrastructure, and field operations that don't happen from an office window. With true 4×4 capability, up to 3,000 lbs of payload, and the maneuverability to work in tight or remote locations, it's designed to help crews get where they need to go and bring the tools with them.

From transmission line projects to utility maintenance and remote infrastructure work, the Breacher is ready to earn its keep.

Where would you put it to work?
