Shaved 41mm fork legs with a twist! I’ve been enjoying cast axle plates lately so I thought I would give these a cast look on the bottom as if the polished fork legs are slipped into a lower cast portion

What makes the xs650 a great and easy starter chopper is also its downfall… the frame geometry sucks and they are too small. What’s the solution? Stuff that Larry in a Harley big twin frame! Well… a heavily modified, narrow version of one anyways
