🚨 NOW HIRING – AUTOMOTIVE SHOP RECEPTIONIST 🚨

Repairs by Rook – Boyertown, PA

We’re looking to add a reliable, motivated, and personable receptionist to our growing automotive repair shop!

This will start as a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into full-time once you’re comfortable with our daily operations and have learned the ins and outs of how we run things.

Job Responsibilities:

* Answering phones and communicating with customers
* Scheduling appointments and managing our calendar
* Managing our social media pages
* Helping with advertising and marketing
* Learning and using our shop management software
* Assisting with daily office operations and keeping things organized

What We’re Looking For:

* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Friendly, outgoing personality who enjoys working with people
* Professional, clean, and well-presented appearance
* Dependable, punctual, and responsible
* Must maintain a professional, substance-free work environment
* Valid driver’s license
* Organized and able to multitask
* Comfortable using computers and social media
* Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities

Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required! We’re more interested in finding the right person with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

We’re a growing, independently owned shop looking for someone who wants to grow with us. This isn’t just about answering phones. We’re looking for someone who can eventually take ownership of the front office and become an important part of our team.

This was probably the BIGGEST comeback on a frame we’ve done yet. 💪

2005 GMC 2500 Duramax — this frame was in ROUGH shape, but we brought it back. A lot of cutting, welding, fabricating, replacing rotten sections, and putting it all back together the right way.
