We’re Hiring: Shop Foreman

Our busy repair shop is looking for a Shop Foreman to help keep things running smoothly. We work on both gas and diesel vehicles, and we need someone who’s comfortable leading the shop crew and keeping communication flowing between the shop and the office.

What the job looks like:
-Assign jobs and keep the team on track
-Be the go-to person between the shop and the office staff
-Handle inspections (an inspection license is expected — a commercial license is even better, but if you don’t have one yet, we’ll work with you)
-Step in and help run the office
-Pitch in where needed to keep the day moving

What we’re looking for:
-Hands-on experience in auto repair (gas and diesel knowledge is a plus)
-Strong leadership and people skills
-Organized, reliable, and good at juggling multiple tasks
-Inspection license (or willing to get one)

What we offer:
-Steady, year-round work
-A supportive team environment
-Competitive pay based on your experience

If you’re ready to step up and take on a leadership role in a solid local shop, we’d love to meet you.

👉 Stop by, give us a call, or send over your info — let’s talk!
