Established in 1965, and continuing under new management since 2013, our family-friendly – and pet-friendly – community offers a wide selection of new and pre-owned homes for sale and for rent. We offer quality affordable housing and an apartment alternative to living. All while offerings our residents both homes and community amenities that include, but are not limited to:
