September’s RAM Gym of the Month: BodyBurn Fitness, Birmingham.

For over 3 years, the team at BodyBurn has made RAM part of their regular training, using it across Hybrid and HIIT group sessions as well as their DEKA events.

With RAMs across multiple weights available to members, they’ve built them into everything from reverse lunges and burpees to full hybrid sessions.
