2018 Mercedes E300 came in with Extended Crank, On this specific car came with Intake Camshaft pulse wheel shifted. The pulse wheel throws off valve timing, triggering a check engine light with a timing fault code, causing extended cranking. Replaced Both Intake and Exhaust Camshafts including adjusters. Dealer level repair 👨🏾‍🔧
