Job Description:
Bayou Mobile Estates is seeking a detail-oriented, outgoing. and organized Office Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist with tenant inquiries, handle paperwork, and maintain office organization.

Responsibilities:

-Answer and direct phone calls
-Process tenant applications and lease paperwork
-Maintain office filing systems
-Assist with rent collection and record-keeping
-Provide customer service to tenants
-Perform general office duties as needed

Experience with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
Pay is determined by knowledge and experience.

Southern Living MHP is looking to hire a General Laborer. Duties will include (but not limited to) Maintaining the grounds of 2 Mobile Home Parks (Weedeating, edging, blowing, Power washing). Employee will also assist with 'Make Readys' consisting of EXTENSIVE cleaning, painting etc.
