Windshield replacements take about 30-45 minutes. Rock chip around 10 minutes and in most cases you pay nothing (for a rock chip repair)

We appreciate our loyal customers. Please remember when you call your insurance company regarding a cracked or chipped windshield, you may very well not be speaking to your insurance company. You may very likely be speaking to Safelite solutions. They may appear to be your insurance company but they are not. They are a company that will do all they can to have Safelite auto glass replace your windshield. They will most likely take a while to get to you.
