Really enjoying this 1996 993 C2 Coupe. With the rising prices of a 993 C2S, I think a C2 coupe with the right options is the way to go. This particular car has the very desirable sport tuned chassis package with hollow spoke 18” wheels, hardback Sport Seats, L*D, Engine Sound Package, aluminum shifter and handbrake, as well as a very uncommon option for larger side side skirts which give it a sportier look.

In 1996 the sport seats were only $375 each (optioned separately) whereas the sport chassis package with lightweight 18’ was nearly a $4,000 option. This C2 had a higher MSRP than some C2S models. Oh, and the C2S had the exact same engine, HP, transmission, AND weighs 100lbs more…..I think I’d rather have this and save the $100k 😁

I purchased this 1999 4Runner 4WD Limited from a family friend in my home town a couple months ago (Purchased it new in 99!) They were kind enough to hold onto it for us until we made the trip up to Anacortes WA. After spending a week in WA we made the trip down to the central coast of CA. The plan was to fly home and have the 4Runner shipped back, but I decided to drive it with my youngest daughter back to TN. In total we did 3,776 miles in 16 days. The 4Runner never skipped a beat. To all the Toyotas guys, sorry this one is not for sale! Big shout out to Jordan Carr The Carr Shop for giving it a quick look over and addressing a few small things before we hit the road. 🙏🏼✌🏼👊🏼

What’s better than a 997 and a 993? A very strong 2 Porsche garage. Fun fact, of the 5 colors offered on the 997.1 RS Arctic Silver is the most rare. The very first GT3RS I ever saw on public roads was a silver/orange car. This color combo deserves more respect! Oh and C2 coupe has a very nice window sticker….Sport Seats, L*D, Sport Chassis, hollow spoke 18’s, etc etc.
