State Farm doing what State Farm does: Use CCC to low-ball their customers on total losses. They said this 2014 Silverado with 171k miles was worth $10,031.00. The customer was a body shop owner so they knew it was low so they invoked appraisal and hired us. After a few emails with the other appraiser we agreed the vehicle was actually worth $13,500.00. That's an additional $3,469.00 for the insured! Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

🚨$5,500 in Diminished value collected🚨 This customer out of Eastern Idaho called after being hit by a State Farm insured. Her 2022 Rav 4 had been repaired in the amount of $11,609.11 and she was wanting to collect diminished value. We ran our free analysis and determined a potential inherent Diminished value of $6,676.99 but the good neighbor was offering nothing. So the claimant decided to hire us and use our report. After some back and forth State Farm agreed to pay $5,500.00 in Diminished value. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

This Allstate customer was definitely not "in good hands" when their 2020 F150 was totaled. "Mayhem" ensued when they offered their customer $19,646.36 for the truck. After a quick review the insured decided to invoke appraisal and hire us. We agreed with the other appraiser fairly quickly that the truck was actually worth $26,153.37. That is a difference of $6,507.01. Looks like the only good hands this customer was in, was ours. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

Allstate tried to avoid doing their duty on their customers Super Duty. The insureds 2019 Ford F-350 Lariat started on fire and in true Allstate fashion they low-balled their customer by offering them $48,209.00 for the truck. The customer reached out to us to do a free analysis. After that conversation the customer invoked appraisal and hired us. We agreed with the other appraiser that the Super Duty was actually worth $55,650.00. That's a difference of $7,441.00. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

The problem with young homeowners turning into their parents is they actually think Progressive is telling them the truth. This customer found out the hard way that they weren't when "Flo" offered them $22,731.34 for their upgraded 2014 Toyota Tundra with 83k miles on it. Customer invoked appraisal and hired us. We agreed quickly with the other appraiser that the vehicle was actually worth $28,000.00. That's a difference of $5,268.66. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

Just GEICO doing what GEICO does: low balling their own customers on their total losses. The lizard said this 2020 Ram Rebel was worth $35,164.00. Customer thought it was an okay offer until they had us run the analysis. After the analysis they invoked appraisal and hired us. We settled with the other appraiser at a value of $42,704.23. That's an additional $7,540.23 for the insured. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

Limu and Doug from Liberty Mutual Insurance at it again trying to steal money out of their customers pockets. They totaled this 2011 GMC Sierra Denali and offered their insured $17,657.44 after taking reductions for condition and UPD. Customer invoked appraisal and hired us and we agreed quickly with the other appraiser that the vehicle was actually worth $22,400.00. That bird tried to steal $4,742.56 out of the insureds pocket. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

Progressive tried to use their "name your price tool" on this 2014 Mazda 3 with 126k miles on it by offering their insured $6,265.31. Insured reached out to us for a free value analysis and immediately invoked appraisal and hired us after seeing the numbers. We agreed with the other appraiser that the vehicle was actually worth $9,591.92. That is a difference of $3,326.61 and our fee is always only $600 on vehicles under $100k. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!

This customer had their vehicle repaired by Adesa Auto Body for $25,057.37 and Progressive short paid the repairs by over 7k approving only $17,161.43. We were then brought in after the customer invoked the appraisal clause. We were hired to determine what was reasonable and necessary to repair this vehicle. After some back and forth with the other appraiser we settled at a reasonable repair cost of $24,401.44. That is within $650.00 of the shops final bill. Don't trust the company that owes you money to tell you how much they owe you!
