GRS specializes in the repair and programming of automotive modules/computers.
Main responsibilities will be installation/removal of automotive instrument clusters and programming modules on-site. We are a mobile service which services the Treasure Valley area's automotive industry.
We are looking to hire an entry level automotive technician position and an experienced technician with the potential for long-term growth for the right candidate.
Entry Level: Basic knowledge in Windows 7 & 10 with experience in automotive or an interest to learn about automotive programming. Must be self-motivated and can manage their time.
Experienced Tech: Would require knowledge in automotive communications, electronics and basic electronic theory. We will train the right person.
Requirements: A clean driving record. Ability to carefully remove and install automotive dashes with attention to detail. Familiarity with basic PC computer knowledge and be able to navigate Windows 7 & 10. You will be trained how to remove and install instrument clusters, calibrate gauges and program vehicles with our laptops and software.
Employees will be interacting with other automotive shops and are expected to be courteous, professional and prioritize our customers needs in a timely matter.
This is a full-time position and
occasionally overtime will be expected. Hours: 9-5 M-F
