Ada County issued an RFI for the Turf Club to see if there was any interest in leasing the building. Midnight Racing submitted the only viable proposal. Their proposal was to use the building as a simulcast facility. The Ada County Commissioners directed their staff to gather public comments. They are doing so with a three question poll.

Les Bois Park has closed and is selling misc. tools, furniture, washer & dryer, fridge, fans, and lots of misc. Friday, July 15th & July 16th ONLY 9-Noon. Park in the Turf Club Bar & Grill and follow the signs.

Dear Les Bois Park Fans,

As you may be aware, we have closed our Turf Club Bar & Grill and Simulcast Facility.

After being granted the simulcast license from the Idaho State Racing Commission in December, Treasure Valley Racing kept simulcast operations going in order to mitigate the overhead costs of keeping Les Bois Park open during this time when the future of live racing remained uncertain and the horsemen were pursuing a solution. But the Idaho Senate State Affairs Committee has elected not to hear the Idaho Horsemen's gaming commission bill this session. In the absence of another revenue source, we don't believe running Les Bois Park is financially viable and therefore are closing down all operations.

We are deeply saddened about what this means for the future of horse racing in Idaho, and the thousands of people involved in the iconic horse industry.

On behalf of the Treasure Valley Racing Group, and the 300 employees who worked to bring the best entertainment and racing experience to you, thank you for your loyalty and support during this difficult year.

Sunday, March 20th will be our last day. Starting today, we will have half priced menu items. We thank the thousands of Idahoans who supported us and loved the sport as much as we did.

Boise horserace track operator Treasure Valley Racing has announced it is ending live racing and simulcast racing at Les Bois Park and closing the Turf Club on Sunday.
