🏆 Employee of the Month – Brayan Bolanos Piceno, Shop Tech II
Choosing Brayan as Employee of the Month was an easy decision. When another technician went on vacation, Brayan stepped up without hesitation—covering both field and shop responsibilities throughout the DFW area while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. Even while working with a borrowed truck and limited tools, he remained dependable, resourceful, and focused on delivering exceptional service. He also traveled to Houston to assist on two-person jobs, demonstrating the kind of teamwork and commitment that defines OnSite Services.
