A full Rapid Bike Evo install and service on this 2018 MV Agusta Brutale. This install was quite the undertaking as there is absolutely no room at all on this motorcycle to install another wiring harness, no less where to find a tucked location for the Rapid Bike module itself. After the fuel tank, airbox, and battery box were removed the complete rapid bike harness was carefully installed along the factory harness from front to back so it had a clean "factory" look with nothing sticking out and looking out of place. Careful attention turned into a beautiful install. Factory ABS unit was moved out of the way while the rapid bike module was snuck under the subframe where it was secured and ABS module reinstalled back into its original place.

This Yamaha XVZ1300 came in for a full service, tires front and rear, and a general front tire to rear tire once over. Tires date coded 2015 were replaced with a set of new Bridgestone touring tires. Original brake fluids remained in the machine from 2006 and it showed. As you can see the break down of fluid and the mess it leaves behind in the master cylinders. Fully cleaned and flushed and shows the importance of annual service on all fluids in your machine.

2024 Kawasaki ZX6R got a tail clean up with this TST Industries Tail light integrator and high mount license plate bracket. Brake fluids were original from 2023 (for 2024 model) and were flushed along with a chain adjustment from a very overtightened chain and excess motor oil drained from being overfilled.

This 2006 Yamaha came In with 5300 original miles, along with original 20 year old tires and fluids as well. We changed that. Original dry rotted tires replaced with some fresh Bridgestones that will go the distance on a heavy machine like this. Full safety once over done along with all fluids flushed.

We will evaluate what your particular machine needs to be safe and reliable when it leaves our shop. Every machine is test ridden before returning back to its owner to make sure every component is working as it should.

Put a fresh set of tires, full fluid service (complete once over) and battery on this beautiful Triumph Tiger 900 GT pro. Service wrench, service date, and service mileage all reset via diagnostic.

Polaris scrambler 1000 and Can-Am Renegade 570 both came down for full fluid services to front and rear differentials, oil and filter, brake fluid flush, air filter's, and complete once over.

An absolutely pristine drain plug repair done by our Machinist MV Specialties on this 2013 Ducati Diavel. Customer stripped this aftermarket drain plug to the point where the plug was stuck in the motor while wobbling around. Zero thread left to repair. Unfortunately do to the fact that the drain plug was so close to the engine case halves, the area could not be welded or the heat from the weld would cause a new leak by melting the factory semi-drying case sealant. Machined a custom drain plug w/magnet.

This 2015 Harley Davidson Ultra Limited was dropped off for a fuel leak coming from the quick disconnect fuel line. One thing that is always done when any machine is dropped off for any service is a full visual
walk around. One thing that is overlooked regularly on a motorcycle is the tires. This particular machine had the original tires date coded 2014 (correct for the 2015 model). Age of tires are overlooked as most believe that if there's still tread, the tire is still good. Not the case. Motorcycle tires should be replaced 5 years from the date code on the tire whether they have tread or not. As you can see these tires are dry rotted and separating and the customer had no idea. Something like this can get you in trouble fast. Keep your bike safe and check your date codes and tire wear indicators. New tires were mounted and balanced along with new valve stems. Brake fluids were original and were serviced as well.

Yamaha Raptor 700 came in with a no crank, no start issue. Before starting any electrical diagnosis you always start with a known good, fully charged battery. After some electrical testing it was found the starter solenoid was no good. Factory Yamaha solenoid installed and now engine cranks but has no spark. After some more digging a coil wire was found hanging almost completly off. Engine now fires off and runs flawlessly. 👍🏻
