But, if a traffic ticket does come your way, give us a call at

We can help with 4, 8, and 12 hour classes for traffic tickets -- speeding tickets, red light tickets, etc; DMV ordered classes for TCAC, Red Light Tickets, Reckless Driving, Racing, Points Suspensions, HTO Habitual Traffic Offender, and the 3 in 3 suspension. State and Clerk of Court approved for all 67 counties. www.ctsfl.com
Also, ask about the insurance discount class to lower insurance costs.
According to the DMV Florida website it is not true. The DMV says that cell phones can be a distraction and you could be written a ticket if you break a road rule while using your phone, but that ticket will be for reckless driving, careless driving, distracted driving, etc.
