Ducatti Monster pick up. This bike has an interesting story, it spent its whole life in England, it has been shipped here last year and still has a UK license plate in an L reg lol. I told the customer I used to have an L reg truck back in England so know just from that is a 1993 bike.

One the the services we offer is a mobile service for getting you started it you have a flat battery, or rescue missions if you have a problem we can fix remotely to get you going again, without the need of us picking you up on our trailer and bringing the bike to the shop.

On this occasion one of our customers asked if I could go out to him and get his Ducati 2025 V2 Panigale started due to a flat battery 👌

If you need any help here with any type of motorcycle then feel free to call us and we will help you out 👌

It’s never a priority at all but when it’s possible we also work on our own bikes. We have been so busy that I had to put my daily 1988 Goldwing 1500 to the side for over a month, just to change the rear tire.

One one the reasons for this is that to change the rear tire is a big job, having to take rear end and left hand box off. Because of this there are a few other jobs I wanted to do at the same time whilst the bike is apart which were to change out the rear master cylinder brake plus modify and disconnect the linked braking system. The next thing we did is change out the final drive oil, take both rear exhausts off ‘tires of them dragging on the corners’ and last but not least detail clean all inside the swing arm and rear suspension.

This last job here is a pro tip for those Goldwing’s out there because this really helps to preserve them. Almost all we see have been neglected in this department. If you look at the last picture you will see the condition this bike is still in being nearly 40 years old, it’s almost unbelievable 👌

Another very tricky project for one of our regular customers on his 2014 Kawasaki Ninja 1000. He had a spill and crashed it on the left had side, destroying a lot of the fairing on the left and front, bent the left handle clip on as well as the lever, ruined the engine stator cover, bent the front stay where all the fairing hangs from and last but definitely not least put a massive dent in the gas tank.

The problem with all this is even though the bike still ran and the forks were not bent to replace everything with brand new OEM components would cost an absolute fortune, probably $4-$5000 with labor, which is almost more than then bikes is worth, and therefore makes this a non viable option.

So the challenge we had is how to get it almost as good as brand new on around half the budget of what that would cost. Fortunately we have a few tricks up our shelve, such as an amazing painter that can repair any size dent to the point you would never know, we are also good at sourcing good used parts where appropriate, such as the front stay.

It’s a bit like trying to bring a jigsaw puzzle together with brand new parts, some used, repair some damaged parts, and match OEM colors such as matching the color of the paint on the rest of the bike with the new panels that were completely the wrong color, as well as put the decals on properly.

Anyway bit by bit we brought this together, finishing with a really great result in the end. You would not be able to tell at all there was ever any accident beforehand and the bike rides perfectly as well 👌

A project like this for a customer is a combination of a nightmare, and at the end of it rewarding and satisfying to get a good result.

After he had an accident on the Kawaskai Ninja 650 the whole front and left side of the fairing was bent, smashed and broken, as well as the forks severely bent beyond repair. The customer said that he only wants to do the bare minimum to the bike, so that’s it rideable again, this included not being able to buy any new fairing. He had a very strict and relatively small budget here, but we were willing to give it ago and see what we could do.

I said that all we will be able to do here is get new forks fitted, everything working and safe but the best we can do is try and bend the brackets back, and zip tie the fairing back the best way we could.

So getting to work we were able to source a good used set of replacement forks, then got to it switching them out, as well as making sure everything works properly such as the brakes.

Bit by bit we built it back up and found ways to secure and fix the fairing, as well as re-paint the replacement front fender we got, from green to black. In the end we were almost shocked how well it came together, the customer was definitely very surprised m, especially how perfectly well the bike rode, when he came to pick it up when finished and tested it. Again this was a bit of a nightmare task but very rewarding and satisfying at the end.

A customer of ours called us and asked for our assistance for his Triumph Thruxton. He said that the bike had a gas leak from the carburetor somewhere and that he would like us to fit some chrome accessories, as well as a new clutch cable. We went and picked the bike up on a trailer for him and then brought it back to the shop.

After investigating the gas leak we could see that this was coming from the overflow pipes on both carbs, which 9 times out of 10 means that the floats and needle valves are stuck in the open position. The only proper remedy here is to strip them down to inspect, which we could see that old gas had gummed them up.

We stripped both carbs completely down, then out through our cleaner, rebuilt, bench tested for leaks and then reinstalled to test. Everything came together nicely, we then took the bike back to him on the trailer 👌

Lots we had to do here to get a customers 1200 Harley Sportster running again. First of we went to his house to pick it up on a trailer as it was not running. After a thorough check we established that we could save the battery, it would need the carburetor rebuilding and a full service and oil change, as well as the gas tank extensively cleaned and flushed out. The customer also said he would like to sell the bike so I recommended that we did a full detailed clean and polish to get it looking it’s best. We are now helping him to sell it, he wants $4,500. He has spent $7,000 in total buying the bike and then customizing it. The bike sounds and rides amazing, and looks really awesome too. If you’re interested then don’t hesitate to call: 9175882260 - Dale.

One of a long term regular customers brought his one of his Harley’s to have the fork seals replaced, plus he asked us to paint the forks gloss black, which we were able to do in-house. As well as this we finished up with a full detailed clean and polish 👌

A customer of ours who has a 2010 Honda Goldwing 1800 called us because he was stuck at the side of the road away from home. His front brake had locked on solids so he wasn’t able to move the bike anywhere. We tried to advise him the best way we could to get him running again but it wasn’t helping, so we went out on a rescues mission, actually on a 1988 1500 Goldwing 😅

When I got there I was able to free off the front brake and together we rode back to the shop slowly. Once there we took the caliper off to inspect the problem which was a combination of low brake pads, and dirty pistons. We stripped the caliper and pistons down to clean and polish, so that they would now slide freely, then bled up the system. Before he came back to pick it up we did a full detailed clean and polish, mainly getting all the pitting/rusting off all the chrome parts 😊👌 All this was done in less that 12 hours 👌

A recent new customer came to us initially for a routine service and oil change on his Suzuki 650 Burman, and then asked us if we would be able to change the tires, have the wheels painted, de rust and paint the rear shocks, re dust and paint the kick and center stand and then detail clean the whole scooter. Everything was done in house here, when he came to pick it up he was so surprised how good it looked he said it almost looks like brand new, in which he gave us a great review on Google.
