1. Pace Performance reserves the right to moderate posts that we feel are defaming, off color or that do not facilitate the image that we strive to create with any of our social media channels. Moderation is not limited to, but includes deleting or editing of posts as well as potential banning of any user who persists in violating our ATOU. Posts that will be moderated include but are not limited to :
-Posts that defame Pace Performance, our partners, etc.
-Posts that advertise for any business other than a registered 501(c)3, non-profit organization.
-Posts that are aggressive or of an uncivilized nature that are intended towards other users.
-In the interest of equality, political or religious posts of any kind.
-Posts directed at any particular group, race, etc.
2. Giveaways/Prizes
a. Pace Performance frequently gives away prizes in order to not only reward customers who are connected with us, but to maintain a fun environment on our social media channels. We strive to ensure that these prizes and giveaways are fair, therefore no individual shall win more than 1 prize per week. Large Giveaways - Pace Performance sometimes partners with local businesses for large giveaways that are done as a contest. You may win one large giveaway per fiscal year. c. Pace Performance reserves final authority to determine the winner of any contest or giveaway done on any owned social media or online channel, in the event of an arisen conflict. d. Participation in any Pace Performance contest or giveaway is the creation of a legitimate business relationship, therefore permission is given to Pace Performance to contact you ONLY to be used for business purposes. e. Pace Performance will NEVER sell your personal information to any listing service. f. After winning a prize, you will have to come to Pace Performance and pick it up, unless you live more than 50 miles away, in which case we will mail it. If the prize is ticket(s) to an event, we can not mail these. They MUST be picked up in person. Your prize will be ready the day after it is won with the exception of large prizes (prizes worth more than $25.00), and will remain there for one week, after one week the prize will be taken back to our internet office, after 10 days the prize will be reused. g. Only your original post will be considered for winning a prize, edited posts will not count unless the post was edited to correct spelling or grammar. This must be shown in the edit log.
