Big ideas. Important conversations. A shared focus on Texas' future.

We welcomed the opportunity to join policymakers, journalists, and business and community leaders at the Texas Tribune Festival. As a company with deep roots in Texas, bp was proud to sponsor and support conversations about issues shaping the state and nation.

Texas plays an important role in bp's presence in the United States. Home to our US headquarters and more than 5,700 employees, the state helps power our efforts to deliver the energy America needs today and tomorrow. Through our operations across Texas, we support more than 35,000 jobs and invest in communities, infrastructure and energy systems that help drive progress.

100 million barrels. Three years. One major milestone for Argos.🙌

Just three years after first oil, Argos has reached 100 million barrels in the Gulf of America, marking a major milestone for the asset and the teams behind and demonstrating how everyday operational excellence can create long-term value from existing facilities.

It's a milestone made possible by teams working together across disciplines to deliver safely and reliably.

Next up: continuing to build on that performance, with new wells and the Argos Southwest Extension project helping unlock the asset's next chapter. Learn more on bp.com/GulfofAmerica.
