One of our open sites, about eight last night.

"Okay, but what does it actually cost to move in?"

Fair question — and most parks make you call three times to get a straight answer. So here it is:

First month — $575
Deposit — $200 (refundable, you get it back)
Background check — $15 per adult

$790 and you're in.

Got a dog? One-time $30, and there's a dog park on site.

That's every dollar. No admin fee, no "utility setup", nothing waiting for you on day one. And through September 14 that $575 covers your utilities too — so month two is $575 as well.
