Hello everyone. Its been quite a while since I last updated on finding a property or space for storage. As you know, commercial real estate is crazy expensive! 🤑🤯I found a property that seems well suited for constructing a building. Doing due diligence and working on a budget now. 🤔🧐🤞I'll share more details if this moves forward. Thank you all for your interest.

Well I "gambled" & lost last night... Took the Fleetwood to a social engagement; thought my friend would like a ride in an old school lux sedan. Checked the weather app before leaving. Only a 19% chance of rain. Good odds, right? Should've "read" the clouds better. Just when I was far enough from the house and too late to turn back, the rain arrived. Oh well, the highway wind dried her off. But another car needs detailing... soon.
