⚡️🔧 Ch-ch-ch-ch-CHANGESSSSS 🔧⚡️

If you swing by Ferro’s LLC Auto today and it looks like we’re filming an episode of Extreme Makeover: Electrical Edition… you’re not wrong.

We’re upgrading the shop to keep up with how busy things have been (which is a great problem to have 💪), but it does mean things are a little… spicy right now.

🔧 Friday the 13th…

Fun fact: In the original Friday the 13th movie, one of the vehicles used around Camp Crystal Lake was a classic Jeep CJ-5.

Simple. Tough. No computers. No mystery warning lights.

Unfortunately most vehicles today aren’t quite that simple anymore… and sometimes the noises they make can feel a little cursed. 👻

If your car starts acting spooky, making strange noises, or lighting up the dashboard like a horror movie tonight — don’t panic.

We’re currently experiencing a carrier-level phone routing issue affecting our outgoing calls to Verizon Wireless numbers (570 area code).

At this time:
• Our shop phone may not be able to place outbound calls to some Verizon cell phones
• Incoming calls are working normally
• Calls to businesses and non-affected carriers are working

Verizon has confirmed this is a trunking issue on their end, and they are actively working to resolve it.

🚗 Ferro’s Auto Shop Update 🚗

To keep the quality of our work high and give every vehicle in the shop the attention it deserves, we’re temporarily pausing new appointment scheduling.

Right now our team is focused on catching up on current repairs and projects so we can get everyone back on the road safely and on time. Once we’re caught up, we’ll reopen our schedule and announce it here.

🔧🚨 Ferro’s Auto Service — SHUTDOWN UPDATE

Due to budget disagreements (someone left the shop fridge open again and we spent the emergency fund on brake cleaner & pizza), Ferro’s Auto has been forced to temporarily shut down operations (just today through Sunday because tax collectors depend on us).

Essential services — like drinking coffee, shaking our heads at government decisions, and losing 10mm sockets — will continue to operate on limited funding.

But don’t worry… the Senate still keeps getting paid, so you may resume being pi**ed.

We’ll reopen (Monday morning as usual) once we find the missing socket and someone finally signs off on the snack & shop-rag budget.

Don’t worry — we’re still OPEN and fixing cars while they argue and cry over bottled milk.
