Loyalty is a two-way street.
In the towing business, relationships matter.
When a customer consistently calls us first, supports our business, and gives us the opportunity to be their first call, we remember that. When they’re in a bind, we’ll go above and beyond to help. We’ll move mountains, rearrange schedules, and jump through hoops because we value that relationship.
But if we’re your third or fourth choice and you only call when your regular tow company isn’t available at midnight — don’t expect the same level of urgency or loyalty in return.
That’s a different relationship.
We’ll always do our best to help when we can, but priority and loyalty work both ways.
If you want your service provider to be there when you need them most, make them your first call when you have a choice.
Loyalty isn’t something you ask for when you need help — it’s something you build both ways.
